Between 174 and 1981 TK did 4 appearances at the National Swedish
Radio live music show ”Tonkraft”.
The artists performed in the studio, but in front of an audience, to get a real live feeling.
The 4 appearances TK did coincided with the releases of their first 3 albums plus their 5th album.
This is the first of those 4 radio shows recoded on the 20th of May 1974 which is just
before the band went into the studio to record their self titled debut album.
There are 6 bonus tracks included from the same period.
The bonus tracks are taken from
our archives and never before released. 3 of the bonus tracks were recorded on multichannel
equipment at the Concert Hall in Kristianstad, Sweden in February 1975 and one is a demo
of an unfinished song recorded in the rehearsal room early 1974.
The other 3 albums will follow later. Volume 2 recorded in 1976 is scheduled for release
in spring 2019. The separate albums will only be available on digital services, though a 4 CD box set
of all four albums together are planned for later release.
